Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Otherwise you will receive partial refund as we have already started the shipping process. Please be sure to thoroughly read our descriptions and processing times.

How do I track my package?

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Once shipped, your order will arrive within 10 to 20 business days for United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, other countries can take up to 22 business days, depending on how fast customs clearances takes place and due to having multiple warehouses overseas.You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Feel free to email us to check on your order status. We're happy to help.

Will I have to pay international taxes and duties ?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

Dropnos cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

How are taxes and duties calculated ?

For Duties Delivered Paid (DDP) Orders: Duties and taxes may be included in the price depending on ship to country. If not included in the price, they will be shown at checkout.

For Duties Delivered Unpaid (DDU) Orders: As the customer, you are liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied. Payment of these is required to release your order from customs on arrival.

I need to change something on my order. How can I do that

If you need to change or cancel your order, please CONTACT US immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Why was my ordered cancelled?

If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that that is not true, please order again and check with your  credit card company for any issues 

Where are you based in ?

We are based in New York , US.

In order to provide the best prices and flexible international shipping options all orders are shipped from our warehouses. Please expect your items to be shipped separatly ( if you order more then one item ) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

Can I ship products to someone else ?

Sure. Just use the new adress when checking out.

Can I return a product ?

Yes, in the rare case you're not 100% satisfied with the product(s), you may return it for a full return or exchange it for the same product within 14 days from the day it was received. Alternatively we can issue you a store credit to place another order.
